Our NYC office houses our Content, Growth, Sales, and Social Media teams. Across these teams we are constantly looking for skilled and engaged potential team members, with the unifying passion being a love for tattoos and a commitment to our community. We need an extremely organized and personable individual who can pick up new technical processes as well as help to implement new ones. Tattoodo Specific Daily Tasks: Maintain consistent month-to- month email and phone communication with PRO shops to make sure they are loving the Tattoodo experience. Manage current booking requests on HelpScout software that are submitted for PRO tattoo shops globally. Assist PRO shops and verified tattoo artists in building out their profiles on the Tattoodo App. Get feedback from shops on potential bugs and improvements for the Tattoodo app. Communicate with Tattoodo users to ensure they are loving the Tattoodo platform. Excitement for building the Tattoodo community and owning the relationships process from onboarding to retention. "Tattoodo Content" means Content that originates from parties other than Tattoodo or its users, which is made available in connection with the Service. means all the Content that is made available in connection with the Service, including Your Content, User Content, Third Party Content, and Tattoodo Content. Designs are in the following referred to as “Designs”, and Designs, merchandise, artwork and other goods and services are collectively referred to as “Goods and services”. If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide the information to third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Purchases. Tattoodo as intermediary of the Design contest receive a fee of 30% of the amount paid by the Customer. Tips is excluded from fee and paid to the artist in full. Upon placement of an order, the full amount paid by the Customer is reserved by Tattoodo as the intermediary. The payment is released to the Artist at the time of shipping the sold Design. Artist winnings will be paid out through a Third Party Payment service chosen at the discretion of Tattoodo, e.g. Paypal, Transferwise or Bank wire transfer.
