Jim relocated to Cape Coral and began selling Real Estate in the Ft Myers/Cape Coral area in the beginning of 2002. Starting out in general real estate and moving on to new home sales for Grosse Pointe Development in 2004. Jim was very successful selling out The Residences at Bell Tower Park, an upscale condominium community in Ft Myers and transitioned over to Tarpon Point Marina, a Luxury Marina community in Cape Coral. In 2008, Jim joined the selling team at Renaissance, a Luxury Golf Country Club community in Ft Myers where he stayed until returning to in the summer of 2011 to sell out Tarpon Landings luxury high-rises. Currently with Tarpon Point Realty, LLC a general real estate company, specializing in luxury second homes and condos. Jim's residential transactions are over $50 Million in the last 5 years.
