Mike Bartoletta, President, Taralon Homes Former president and co-owner of Hannah Bartoletta Homes, is an award winning builder of luxury custom and semi-custom homes for more than 23 years in Tampa Bay. Having obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in structural engineering from Michigan Technological University, Mike’s attention to detail and innovative design ideas have earned him the well-deserved reputation as one of the foremost custom home builders in the country. A true industry leader, Mike has built more than 1500 homes throughout the Tampa Bay area in respected communities such as Tampa Palms, Cheval, Hunters Green, and FishHawk Ranch. His home design concepts have received numerous national awards and accolades, including the prestigious distinction of having been one of just three home designs in the United States selected to be built for The Haverty House, a design showcase sponsored by Southern Living magazine and Haverty’s Furniture Company. A former two-time president of the Tampa Bay Builders Association, Mike believes in giving back to his industry and community on a regular basis. One of the home building industry’s leading corporate finance and operations managers, served as CEO and COO for Hannah Bartoletta Homes before co-founding Taralon Homes. No stranger to the construction industry, Scott’s family operated a custom home building business for many years in Indiana before relocating to Florida. Scott works closely with Mike on each design/build project to insure the every home is built to specification on time, and within budget. For more than 16 years Scott has been maximizing his expertise in corporate finance, business operations, and management to create successful business opportunities. He earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Florida. Utilizing their years of collective home building experience, insight and knowledge, the Taralon team will skillfully navigate you through the home building process. From the initial design of your home through the final closing, Mike and Scott work directly with each and every customer to provide an exceptional building experience.
