Jaron J. Fulse is the founding partner at the West Palm Beach office of Tangible Accounting PLLC. Mr. Fulse leads the firm's activities in the Florida, with practice development in Arizona, Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. markets. He also leads the firm’s Private Equity and Venture Capital Practice. Mr. Fulse also, serves as Co-Chairman and Co-Founder of PBFGlobal, a regional accounting firm in the Washington, D.C. area.
As an intern and after graduation, at a National Certified Public Accounting Firm in Baltimore, Maryland, Mr. Fulse rose through the ranks from an intern to audit and tax manager in 4 years. Responsibilities include, but not limited to performing audit, tax, review and compilations for clients with assets of more than $34B including preparation of lead and supporting schedules, reconciliation’s, journal entries and GAAP financial statements. Also responsible for handling all accounting functions for the clients, including processing and posting. Additional responsibilities include performing audits of profit and nonprofit organizations (e.g. OMB Circular A-133, etc.) and preparing budgets, preparing accountant’s and auditors’ report, preparing business plans, preparing various corporate returns for S Corporations, C-corporations, partnerships and sole proprietors, as well as preparing individual tax returns. Responsible for the preparation and oversight of all Federal and State tax compliance and tax litigation related issues. Responsible for overall review and staff management of federal and state tax compliance and tax litigation clients. Responsibilities also include tax planning and research on an array of client issues.
From 2001 through 2003, Mr. Fulse was Director of Finance at Capital Venture Group, LLC, a regional venture capital organization. During his tenure, Mr. Fulse actively assisted the capital team, which includes equity capital, private placements and debt acquisition. Mr. Fulse has extensive experience in public and private financing, as well as Merger and Acquisitions and other strategic transactions. Mr. Fulse also assisted in the structuring of the multi-million dollar finance and acquisition strategy to purchase a 30,000 square foot entertainment venue in downtown Baltimore, Maryland. Mr. Fulse successfully implemented internal control policy and procedures. Mr. Fulse has designed accounting information systems and protocol for the day-to-day internal controls of financial operations for various business models, including, but not limited to transportation, land development, retail, construction, professional services and restaurant operations.
In 2003 to present, Mr. Fulse Co-Founded Pearman, Bobo & Fulse, LLC, which is now PBFGlobal, LLC. A Full Service Public Accounting Professional Service Firm. PBFGlobal provides advisory, auditing and tax services, including, but limited to, CFO Services, entity formation, and Federal and State tax compliance and tax litigation services to small to medium sized corporations, partnerships’ and individuals. Also, provides comptroller services for municipalities. Mr. Fulse acted as the Treasurer’s Advisor for the Town of Forest Heights, Maryland. Responsible for the formulation, maintenance, and adjustments of the town’s budget, per various appropriations. Analyzed, revised, and oversaw the implementation of accounting systems and procedures. Managed the towns accounting and related administrative staff. Prepared the financial projections for grant and contract proposals, as well as managing awarded grants and contracts for various town departments.
In 2015, Mr. Fulse founded Tangible Accounting, PLLC, his new specialized trusted advisor service practice. With concentration in Asset Protection, Economic Development, Infrastructure Finance and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) data implementation. In the Project Finance side of the practice, he has advised multi-million dollar projects and Financial Modeling in the economic development and industrial sectors. The Firm maintain offices in West Palm Beach, Florida and Phoenix, Arizona.
