Anne Hubbell is a respected film industry veteran with 20 years of extensive corporate, not-for-profit and production experience. As VP of Motion Picture at Kodak, she negotiates contracts and consults on studio and independent movies, episodic content, commercials and music videos, and is a liaison to the film community at large. She co-founded Tangerine Entertainment, the first production company and community builder focused on media by women directors. Her producing credits include KEEP THE CHANGE (2017), THE LAST LAUGH (2016), PAINT IT BLACK (2016), GAYBY (2012), LIPSTICK & DYNAMITE (2004), seasons of IFC’s Independent Focus (2001) and iFilm@IFC (1999), along with independent shorts and web content. She began her career in not for profit programming and management as Managing Director of The Theater Offensive in Boston and Executive Director of IMAGE Film & Video Center in Atlanta, and consulted for dozens of domestic and international film festivals and events. She currently serves on the boards of NY Women in Film & Television, the NY Production Alliance and Rooftop Films, and is a member of the Producer’s Guild of America. Mridu Chandra is a New York based producer of award-winning documentaries and independent feature films. She is currently working with the Tribeca Film Institute to develop a fund for the production and distribution of short independent documentaries and with Tangerine Entertainment as a Creative Executive and Head of Production. An alum of the CPB/WGBH Producers Academy and the Tribeca Film Institute’s All Access Program, her films have premiered at the Sundance, SXSW & Hot Docs Film Festivals, aired on PBS and HBO, screened for members of US Congress & the United Nations, and showcased at Museums & film festivals worldwide. Specialties include story development and grant writing, line producing, archival research and clearances, and post supervising. Documentary credits include producing OUT IN THE NIGHT (POV/PBS), THE CANAL STREET MADAM, and LET THE CHURCH SAY AMEN (Independent Lens/PBS), co-producing BROTHER OUTSIDER: THE LIFE OF BAYARD RUSTIN (POV/PBS), A GOOD JOB: STORIES OF THE FDNY (HBO), and ELECTORAL DYSFUNCTION (WTTW/PBS). Feature film credits include producing 6-time festival award winner POUNDCAKE Elizabeth Kaiden, Tangerine’s Head of Development since 2014, is also a co-Founder of IRIS and The Writers Lab, a screenwriting lab for women over 40 funded by Meryl Streep. She began her career in theater administration, production and education with, among others, producer Daryl Roth, playwright organization New Dramatists, and Tony Randall’s National Actors Theatre. She transitioned into theater and film criticism at The Straits Times of Singapore and wrote for numerous US publications, including American Theater, Stagebill, The Forward, Metropolis Magazine, and others. In 2005, she launched Two Rooms on the Upper West Side of NYC, a non-profit facility offering childcare and workspace to parents of young children who work freelance, where she began writing her own screenplays and employing her dramaturgical skills as a consultant to others. She is a graduate of Princeton University and the Yale School of Drama, and the mother of three children (Simon, Eva and Henry). Juan Mateo Menendez, a Mexico City native, recently graduated from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Filmmaking. In Colorado, he worked with Emmy-Award winning producer Jerry Aronson for two years, gaining extensive knowledge of the documentary filmmaking world. After graduating, he moved to New York City to work as a Production Coordinator for Tangerine Entertainment. He spends his time breaking down scripts and conducting archival footage research for projects in development, coordinating in-house productions, and managing festival distribution and print traffic for projects in distribution. Juan has a passion for being on set and has served in various roles from production management to cinematography. He hopes to become a Director of Photography one day.
