TSA has everything a serious athlete needs, and as a bonus it’s also a one-stop-shop for physical therapy, massage, and yoga, all selected and in place to cater to a performance athlete. Kathy, the GM, welcomed me with open arms and made me feel instantly at home; I joined immediately. Training at TSA will not only help me reach my performance goals, I’m certain it will help me surpass them as well. Join this gym. I have been working out at TSA since they opened their doors earlier this year. My consistently great experience with the state of the art equipment and trainers has helped me to re-energize around getting in the best shape possible. I can honestly say that I owe this to the TSA environment! I have never worked out at a gym that has been so welcoming and accommodating on a daily basis. If you are similar me as to what’s important in a gym experience, these attributes are key because I will not exercise at a gym that I feel unwelcome or uncomfortable. The amazing staff have all gone out of their way to make sure I have everything I need. Even earlier today my back tightened up a bit at the end of my workout. I mentioned this tightness to the amazing massage therapist, Sherry, and even though she was heading out the door gave me a 15 minute massage making all the difference in the world! TSA provides a top-notch facility and the most encouraging environment that I’ve ever been a part of. I feel welcome each time I enter the building and am pushed by the staff and other members to reach my goals. I highly recommend Tampa Sports Academy for anyone who’s serious about living a healthy lifestyle. (Yoga is a major plus 🙂 Wonderful facility & staff! The trainers are top notch! I’ve enjoyed training sessions. TSA helped me train while pregnant and postpartum. They are all very knowledgeable and were willing to do extra research to work with me. The childcare is excellent as well! Tampa Sports Academy is an amazing facility. As a prior military member, I have been to many different gyms across the country. This place is State of the Art! Where can you go and find an indoor sprinting track? Where can you find an indoor facility that has turf so that you can train on the same material that you might be playing football, or soccer on? Well this Training Facility has it! The equipment is all brand new, and is well maintained and cleaned what seems like daily. Its great to see that this place goes the extra mile to make sure that everyones health is safe, and the place stays clean. Emily, the membership manager is also super polite, and has helped show me around the place so I know where everything is!
