All of our instructors have many years of experience in aviation, and include career instructors, airline pilots, law enforcement pilots, and corporate pilots. Our airport is unique in Florida because it provides big-city training opportunities without big-city air traffic congestion. Like the rest of Florida, Tallahassee has excellent flying conditions year-round, but only Tallahassee offers Class C airspace services without the overcrowding of central Florida airspace. We at FL Aviation Center can appreciate that interest and will strive to show you how challenging, rewarding, and enjoyable learning to fly can be! We provide professional training for both recreational as well as career-oriented students. We have full and part time instructors with years of experience in the flight training industry who will teach you to fly safely and confidently. Each student will be paired with an instructor based on the student’s scheduling demands. We recommend at least one lesson per week.
