Mission & Values Tallahassee Christian College and Training Center (TCCTC) equips believers to do what they are called to do through biblical, cross-denominational education and training. Our Mission is to provide students with a strong foundation in the Word of God, support and extend the ministry of the local church, and build edifying relationships across the body of Christ. We believe the Bible is the authoritative Word of God, and we are dedicated to teaching the truth of the Scriptures. We are dedicated to following Jesus and basing all our teaching on the Word of God. We are committed to daily prayer with and for each other, following the wisdom and guidance of the Holy Spirit. We believe every follower of Jesus is in full-time ministry, whether in the church, home, workplace, or community. As an accredited school, TCCTC provides resources and programs for both degree seeking students and those learning for personal growth. Transworld Accrediting Commission International a non-governmental accrediting body. Transworld accredits and assists Theological Schools, Seminaries, Universities, Colleges and Programs throughout the World — on campus, online and distance learning. Among its over 200 member institutions are Rhema Bible Training College, Andersonville Theological Seminary, Faith Christian University, and Impact University. Transfer of credits to other institutions of higher learning are accepted at the discretion of the institution to which a student is applying. Jo Anne is President and Co-Founder of Tallahassee Christian College & Training Center, a venture in faith and servant ministry to the Body of Christ. It is her desire to be fully available to the Lord; to allow Him to live and move through her in a way that will bring Him honor; to let Him choose the “what, when, where, and how” of her life; and to be rightly related to others. Jo Anne serves on the Board of Directors of Mission Tallahassee, and Pray Tallahassee. She is an active member of her church, Prayer Coordinator for the U.S. Strategic Prayer Network, and a member of the Tallahassee Pastor’s Council. She is married to Joe, and has two children and five grandchildren. Donald R. “Ray” Bardill, Ph.D., joined the faculty of TCCTC in 2017. He brings the experience of a full career in teaching, research and oversight of social work as a discipline and clinical practice in social work services to individuals, couples, families, and groups. He is professor emeritus in the School of Social Work at Florida State University, where he also served as dean for 15 years. Dr. Bardill’s long history of service to the community is capped by his appointment to the National Commission on Child and Family Welfare by the Speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives. Interspersed among his extensive academic writings on family are those in faith-based publications: “Basic Values for Family Living”, in The Lutheran Woman’s Quarterly; “Christ-Centered Fathering”, and “Father as Spiritual Leader” in Reconnections; and his book, “Thank God I’m a Teenager” for Augsburg Press. Matthew Carter is an Independent Senior Consultant, providing professional consulting services to corporate, small businesses and non-profit organizations on renewable energy, telecommunications and governmental affairs. He is also the International Evangelist in Residence for Carter Ministries, Inc. He is a gifted Christian Evangelist, speaker and writer for workshops, conferences, seminars, revivals and other events. For the last ten years he has served as an evangelist and speaker for conferences, workshops and worship services in the United States, the Caribbean, and Central America. Matthew earned a Master’s degree in Theological Science from Smith Chapel Bible University, a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Christian Ministry from Gulf Coast College & Seminary, and received an honorary Doctor of Divinity degree from St. Thomas Christian College. He served as Senior Pastor of Beulah Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Gretna, Florida, where he formerly served as President of the Congress of Christian Education (Union Baptist Association) and Vice Moderator for the Gadsden County Baptist Association (Southern Baptist Convention). Matthew is a graduate of Florida State University, undergraduate and law school. He is an attorney and has been a member of the Florida Bar for many years.
