I feel some of my best attributes are credited to learning communication skills and interpersonal relations while I was still in High school. With this experience I began working for companies such as Hilton, Marriott and Disney and then obtained a Real Estate license to help develop Disney Vacation Club in 1992. After a decade of success as a sales professional leader and President's Club achiever at Fairfield Communities and Wyndam Resorts I took all of the learning experiences and became an entrepreneur owning and operating restaurants where I was responsible for conception of business, ideas, marketing.website operations, customer relations and promotions. My strengths have always been to have an outstanding concern and genuine love for helping others to succeed. Whether I had a sales team, employees or customers that rely on me for their success, I pride myself in making sure I always execute on my promises. I know for sure I am valued as a loyal, hardworking, honest and dependable service provider and friend. Recently I retired as a Regional Sales Representative for Tuscany Wine Distributors where I achieved my goal as a first level Sommelier. I have been a Licensed Real Estate Agent for over 20 years. I began my Real Estate career in Resort development and Commercial Real Estate in Tennessee and Florida. Currently I sell Residential and Commercial Real Estate for Take Action Properties in Palm Coast, Florida. I specialize in exclusive luxury properties and lot development/ building in Hammock Beach, Flagler Beach and Palm Coast. At this time in my life I feel as I am exactly where I belong and can utilize my strengths to enjoy a rewarding fulfilled career while helping others also achieve their business and family goals and personal dreams.
