Todd McFadden, the President of T-M Fabrications, LLC, started his career immediately after he graduated from the Daytona Beach Community College woodworking course. He had designed and built the unique office furniture, described under the heading “Creative Woodworking,” for a precision Aerial Survey firm based in Daytona Beach, Florida. So successful was this project that the firm hired Todd and trained him to be a Photogrammetric Interpreter (a person developing accurate measurements from precision aerial photography). After fifteen years this firm was moved to Chicago, Illinois. Needless to say, that was not an interesting move for Todd to consider. Todd enrolled in the Daytona Beach State College welding course and graduated as a certified welder. He then decided to offer his expertise in Carving, Welding and Woodworking under his own company heading of T-M Fabrications, LLC. Company Profile Todd J. McFadden is President and Board Chairman of T-M Fabrications, LLC; however, Todd, having severe hearing loss, appointed his brother, Mr. Scott J. McFadden, to be CEO of the company. This allows Todd to be able to apply his full energies to serving his clients with the basic services of T-M Fabrications, LLC: Creative Carving, Creative Welding, and Creative Woodworking. Our mission is to provide superior experienced personal subcontracting services in Wood Carving, Woodworking, and Welding to our clients to enhance their operational efficiency and profits.
