Founded in 1991, T BAILEY, INC. are fabrication, shipping, and construction experts of industrial-sized tanks, pressure vessels, pipe, casing & penstock. Our extensive experience in aboveground, field-erected fuel and water tank projects has established T BAILEY, INC. as a leader throughout the Northwest in T BAILEY, INC. has successfully completed numerous, throughout the Pacific Northwest, Alaska & Hawaii. We work as a licensed general contractor in the states of Washington, Oregon, Alaska, Hawaii, Montana, and Idaho. T BAILEY, INC. is qualified to perform construction work for Northwest oil refineries and Co-Generation plants. Our primary workload consists of federal government contracting agencies, public works agencies, DOT, private developers, wind turbine manufacturers and drilling / boring contractors on hard money bids and negotiated projects. T BAILEY INC. has adopted a Quality Management System (QMS) that was driven by the need to meet or exceed our clients’ requirements. Our system was built as the governing structure by which all of our production is controlled. It is an established quality standard modeled around the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC), Certified Fabricator program, for which we have held certification as a Certified Fabricator of Steel Building Structures, Simple Bridges and hold all 3 Sophisticated Paint Endorsements since 2003. As a part of their annual recertification process, AISC performs an extensive third party audit of our compliance each year. T BAILEY, INC. holds the ASME U stamp and NBIC R stamp and all pressure vessel work performed by us is registered with the National Board. We also hold the Canadian Welding Bureau Certification per CSA W47.1 and are a Steel Plate Fabricators Association Certified Pipe & Accessory Fabricator. We are certified to build CalTrans Class R and Class N Piling and are on the WSDOT Quality Product List (QPL) for Steel Pipe Piling. Our Quality Manager is an AWS Certified Welding Inspector, API 653 Tank Inspector, and CWB Certified Welding Supervisor with over thirty five years of experience in the steel fabrication industry. T BAILEY, INC. Quality Policy T BAILEY, INC. is committed to meet all contract requirements and to address all customer concerns. We will work toward continuous improvement by self-examination and controlling the quality of materials, workmanship, parts and supplies as produced or procured by T BAILEY, INC. on behalf of its customers. We have our own in-house inspection and testing group performing NDE on a full time, high-production format, with specialization in ultrasonic weld examination of (SAW) submerged arc welding. All of our technicians and inspectors are trained and certified in conjunction with the appropriate technical societies for each industry we serve, including ASME, AWS, NACE, SSPC, etc. Our full time on site SNT Level III continuously reviews and updates our procedures to assure compliance with customer requirements. Our blast-cleaning and coating facility is an AISC Certified facility with all three Sophisticated Paint Endorsements. In addition we are an SSPC QP3 Certified Contractor for shop applied coatings. We monitor and test our process by daily checking everything from the cleanliness of the blast media, all the way through to the dry-film thickness of the coatings we apply. Our program includes safety and health training, Job Hazard Analysis, knowledge assessment testing, periodic inspections, audits, and recertification in compliance with OSHA and other regulatory agencies. We also provide site-specific safety and health plans, customized for each of our projects. Safety is truly at the heart of everything we do. We have received the prestigious Steel Tank Institute Safety Award of Achievement for four consecutive years and achieved the best safety performance in the history of our company while continuing to perform at a level that exceeds our industry standards. In 2015 we received the “Blueprint Award of Excellence” from Washington State’s Department of Labor and Industries for achieving the maximum decrease in our experience modification factor which resulted in a major reduction in workers compensation insurance rates. T BAILEY, INC. was awarded the Steel Tank Institute & Steel Plate Fabricators Association 2014 Tank of the Year Award in the Standpipe category for the Angel of the Winds project. T BAILEY, INC. fabricated and erected a new 24′ high x 27’diameter welded steel standpipe for the Stillaguamish Tribe of Indians at the Angel of the Winds Casino in Arlington, WA. The scope of work included demolition of existing concrete standpipe, site piping, excavation, site grading, backfill, concrete foundation, and constructing new steel standpipe with interior and exterior coatings and a mural to mimic the surrounding landscape. Special project requirements to coordinate temporary water main connection for minimum disruption to casino operations during low peak hours of operation. T BAILEY, INC. was awarded the Steel Tank Institute & Steel Plate Fabricators Association 2011 Tank of the Year Award in the Standpipe category for the City of Kent, WA 640 Zone Reservoir project.
