His experience includes serving as a design and cost estimation professional, construction site supervisor, plans and specifications preparation/review & code compliance inspector, an independent builder/general contractor, and a trusted construction project inspector for major banks and lending institutions, owners and buyers since 1984. Residential inspection services consist of pre-purchase inspections for buyers and sellers, followup of required repairs noted, new construction monitoring, and any request for specific areas oo systems requiring inspection. Cost consulting services consisted of the production of design estimates from preliminary design through contract documents. This includes various sizes and types of projects in the private sector, as well as work for the Navy and Air Force in the public sector.
