Founded in 1997 by Lynn Dines, SSI is a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) with an outstanding record of performance and customer satisfaction providing innovative solutions that anticipate and serve the needs of our Government customers. Mission SSI exists to aid Government agencies in fulfilling their mission to serve the American people. We will never forget that individual people make a difference, that pride matters, and that performance counts. At its core, integrity means doing the right thing when no one is looking. It embodies an uncompromising and consistent commitment to honest and ethical behavior in everything we do regardless of how popular or difficult it may be. It means holding ourselves accountable for doing what we said we would do when we said we would do it. It is the key to everything we do and every value we hold dear. The drive toward excellence permeates every aspect of the SSI culture. It means doing it right the first time and never accepting work that is just “good enough”. It is a commitment to exceeding expectations in everything we do and always improving on our performance to consistently deliver the highest quality services and solutions. It is taking 100% ownership and responsibility for positively impacting every customer interaction, every product, and every service we provide. Teamwork is acting selflessly to bring out the best in others to achieve a common goal. It means working together as a “well oiled machine” to improve the results of the organization – taking full advantage of all of the strengths and talents of team members to achieve positive and meaningful results. Most of all, it means helping each other to succeed and respecting each other’s contributions to our overall success. Pride is the satisfaction that comes from a job well done – knowing that we are providing exceptional services and solutions to our customers and outstanding support to our employees. At SSI, we show off our “orange pride” every day in our interactions with each other and with the customers we support – striving always to ensure that our name is recognized for the quality and value we deliver. We have worked with some of the largest organizations in the world, and we work hard to understand their unique needs and tailor our approach to meet their goals and objectives. You can expect us to consistently deliver high-quality products that enhance efficiency while holding the line on costs.
