Prior to becoming a Realtor, Sylvester was a veteran business management professional overseeing operations for Fortune 500 companies and real estate offices with over 50 direct reports and 25 real estate agents respectively. Sylvester is a graduate of Broward College and studies Communication and Broadcast Journalism at Florida International University’s College of Communication, Architecture and The Arts. She volunteers with The Boys and Girls Club and is actively involved with non-profit organizations that promote Neighborhood Stabilization Programs throughout South Florida.
