Meet Suzanne Oostdyk Suzanne Oostdyk was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and received her real estate license at the ripe age of 23. Suzanne sold homes in Southeast Florida for a year before she was scouted by a modeling agency. After traveling the world with a successful career in the fashion industry, Suzanne wanted to settle down in an international city and build relationships with friends and family, as well as re-establish her career in real estate. Nothing made more sense than Miami Beach, considering it reminded Suzanne of her life on the French Riviera illuminating all the potential she saw in this South Florida Riviera. Suzanne successfully re-sought her real estate license in 1996 and since then, has acquired her Brokers License, CRS designation (2006), E-Pro designation (2007) and has been a member of the exclusive Master Broker Forum since (2008). In 2005, Fisher Island Real Estate Sales called upon Suzanne for her network of clients, professionalism, and dedication to real estate. Her passion for life, beauty, and love for the exclusive Fisher Island, coupled with an entrepreneurial spirit, and brought a powerful mix to the sales team. In June 2010, Suzanne brought her expertise to Fortune International Sales and became part of the Icon Brickell sales team who successfully sold out both towers in half the estimated time.
