She has not only built a humble yet creative reputation throughout her career, but she has also amassed a large and varied clientele as a result of her lively and personal services and style. Administrative Accountant, Lina Perez-Abreu has been with Suzanne Guasch Designs for 20 years. While Lina is a well respected and connected accountant for the firm, she also assists Suzanne in making elegant design decisions for higher end clients. Their dynamic is heightened by their mother-daughter relationship; that allows them to bring a sense of familiarity to any client and project. Suzanne Guasch Designs + Sit Down Interiors is currently revamping our showroom in order to bring the latest trends in modern furnishings, flooring and wall finishes, as well as our state-of -the -art collections of Wall Bed Systems. We are in the process of renovating our showroom to bring the latest state-of-the-art Wall Bed mechanisms, new designer sofa beds, flooring, wall finishes, room dividers and amazing home accessories for all styles and budgets.
