Regardless of the scope of work or the extent of our involvement in the development, our goal is the ultimate implementation and successful operation of each and every project we are involved with. Project definition is the critical first stage of a new project. During this stage our team works out the business model, feasibility of the idea, develops components, creates conceptual design and identifies funding requirements. Once a project is defined, we conduct all detailed design work in-house ready to go to site. Our development team then manages the construction of the projects whilst our operations team monitor the project all the way through to ensure it will be operationally efficient and gear it up for opening with pre-opening management, website and business development and operations management. We are able to develop individual phases of a project if the entire process is not required. We quite often find ourselves consulting for projects by providing advice on how to structure businesses, explaining what components to include, helping put financial models together, evaluating operations to help improve the bottom line and providing recommendations for future expansions.
