Our Mission Since 1994 Susan McCarthy a Florida Roofing Contractor and Florida Native has been installing roof replacements on homes and businesses in Clermont, South Lake County and Central Florida. New vents adequately installed for proper ventilation. Boot guards installed. Ice and water shield. There are special roofing situations where there is a concrete deck that will be used for a traffic deck. There are new products and systems available to us today that will seal the concrete, and put layers of thin but high strength polyester sheets with elastomeric interplay and top coatings that are attractive and will allow for foot traffic. It is important that we are in the process as early as possible to help with the design of equipment and water flow options.
