We are happy you have found us!  Here are a few of the things we believe in, and how they define us as a company: These core values are what guide us in our day to day operations and dealings with you, our customer.  If you make a mistake on the item you ordered, and it was supposed to be blue ink, instead of the red you ordered, you didn’t do this on purpose.  If that happened to us, we would want the company we ordered from to understand that.  We try to do that here. After all, we don’t want you to get in trouble for something so silly.  If you are going to get in trouble, it should be for putting the decimal in the wrong place or something. Supplies Now has been in business since 2003.  We started out as a supplier to the federal government, and have successfully been a schedule holder since.  As we started to look at avenues to grow our business, expanding into our own backyard was the natural next step.  However we knew that we couldn’t be successful without having a website to send our customers.   It’s been a very long road, and we certainly aren’t finished, but we hope you find the site useful and easy to shop around.  We know the site is important in the relationship, but if you need to help with a pen question, or possibly what cartridge your machine takes, our extremely knowledgeable staff is here to assist and guide you.
