Brightening up someone's day has always been a great ability that is extremely important to me. To guide someone into a happier way of being is amazing and I feel very fortunate to be able to do so. Additionally, I've always been drawn to food; what it does and what part it plays in our lives. Other than providing vital nutrients that fuel our bodies and make us who we are it also adds to our happiness and can actually make someone feel better from the inside out (mind and body). To be able to change someone's life for the better with adequate nutrition and lifestyle practices promotes better thinking and decision making.
