For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice. Find Out When We Are Open He completed a one year General Practice Residency at Ft. Carson, Colorado. Dr. Christianson is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with 22 years of active federal service. Six of those years as an Infantry Officer, and was privileged to be commander of a Special Forces A Team for 2 1/2 years. He provides over 34 years of dental experience. Dr. Christianson’s major hobby is restoring a 1930 Model A Ford and DIY projects around the house.
