Who We Are We are focused on developing high quality multifamily Apartment complex, Senior Housing, Hospitality and Student Housing facilities along the I-4 corridor within Central Florida region. We are a relatively new company, however the principals are veterans and actively engaged in real estate development and construction of various project in Central Florida region. Our skill sets are diverse and cover all aspects of the real estate development process. We are well connected in this region and are looking to leverage it to our advantage in developing these projects. Our Mission To deliver superior product, value and quality of life to our residents while successfully realizing the returns expected by our investors and future institutional buyers of our project. He moved to the United States in 1983 and started the homebuilding business with two other partners. Park Square Homes has celebrated over 29 years in business. Suresh is the CEO of Park Square Homes and has been President over associated mortgage and title insurance companies. He has had extensive experience in other real estate businesses such as hotels and multi-family. Seasoned veteran with extensive knowledge of real estate market combined with the ability to provide high quality, value based engineering design consulting services on a range of commercial and residential projects.
