Chris is the broker at Sunburst Realty Group and has spent his entire time as a Realtor in Flagler County Florida. Originally from Clifton Park, New York, he completed his undergraduate degree at SUNY Albany and earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. In 2002 Chris received his real estate license and worked as an agent for 3 years before joining forces with partner Melodye Irey to form Sunburst Realty Group in 2005. During this time he has had his hands in all aspect of real estate including commercial development, commercial leasing, residential sales, condominium association management, residential property management and real estate investing. Chris is an active member of the Flagler County Association of Realtors. He has served as chairman on several committees including, Professional Standards, Grievance and Investment.
