| We Help Make Dreams a Reality Sunburst Dream Homes was founded by long-term Lakeland resident Louis Garrard who has spent the last 20 years in the affordable housing industry. His life’s work has been spent helping individuals become homeowners. Louis and his team are here to serve you. Louis F. Garrard, V is President of Sunburst Dream Homes and also serves as President of Mainstay Financial Services, President & Principal of Grace Manor at Lake Morton, Grace Manor Suites and just recently developed Grace Manor at Hunter’s Creek. Louis has spent over 20 years in the affordable housing/assisted living industry with a focus on offering secured investment opportunities including mortgage origination and servicing. As a long time entrepreneur in the real estate and construction fields, Louis brings years of commercial development and financial management experience to Sunburst Dream Homes. Most recently, Louis has constructed, renovated and/or managed over 50 lots of mobile home parks and 72 units of assisted and independent living senior facilities. He is a graduate of Florida Southern College with a degree in Accounting and is married with three children. Louis is actively involved with the Church at the Mall, and lives in Lakeland, FL. Julian has worked with the Sunburst team for the past three years. He is responsible for buying properties and adding them to our inventory for future resale. He is instrumental in taking a vacant piece of property, analyzing the placement of a manufactured home on the property, and following through with excavating, permitting, and set design from start to finish. Prior to joining the team, he has spent over 25 years buying and selling homes in the region. As an Avon Park native, he is very familiar with Polk County and has resided here the past 5 years. Customers appreciate Julian’s easygoing nature and his ability to listen to customers. Richard Hargrove has served the Lakeland and Polk County communities for over 20 years. His knowledge, professionalism and experience in the real estate industry were built from his passion for real estate. Richard’s diverse background has helped him build expertise to expand a client base. He believes a client’s happiness is crucial to a successful career, and this is precisely what drives him to work diligently for his clients. Richard specializes in residential properties, first time homebuyers, new home construction, vacant land purchases, second homes and retirement homes. His goal is to help potential homeowners reach their individual real estate goals.
