Joe is the founder of numerous companies, notably Technisource, which emerged as an international NASDAQ firm. Joe served as Chairman and CEO of Technisource from its founding right through its reaching peak annual sales of 250 million dollars in 2002. Currently, employed with Angel and VC groups, Joe has made a few select investments including in the Offshore led BPO space. His current interests include investments in software and technologies developed in Europe and Asia, especially in Sweden, China and India. As a promoter/Co founder of Sumpraxis LLC, Joe is at present strongly addressing verticals like; Engineering, Intellectual Property, e-Publishing, HR BPO and Global Sourcing and distribution services. He is also focused on developing the Knowledge Process Outsourcing Business leveraging Global Offshore capability. Ashok Syal a Graduate from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT) has joined Sumpraxis as a Cofounder and Managing Director. He brings to this organization more than 25 years of rich industry experience in Sales, Strategic Business Development, Consulting and Operations Management. Ashok is based in US and operates from Sumpraxis's Virginia office. During his 23-year stint with the HCL Group he was responsible for Technology transfers, manufacturing operations, International business support and running HCL Japan operations. In the US Ashok led and formed an Alliances and Acquisitions Group to grow the Inorganic revenues for the company. His achievements include fostering strong ties with NEC, Toshiba, Hitachi, and Sony amongst many others. Ashok has abundant experience and skills to design and drive business strategy and operations managing cross cultural/ cross functional teams across Sales & Delivery in BPO and IT. Ashok's initiatives in the recent past include developing business alliances for customers and partners in the US/EU with Offshore companies in India in diverse processes and industry verticals. Chandni Sood has been associated with Sumpraxis since its inception and is an operations management strategist, responsible for clients SLAs. She gets with her rich operations experience from the BPO/ITES industry. Chandni has been well versed with program transitioning and has experience of various processes and exposure of client expectations towards service level deliverables. She is a keen communicator, strategist and planner with experience in executing operational goals, formulating business operations standards, team management, new market development. San Sengupta spent 25 years in Corporate Strategy, IT Systems Architecture, Business Development and Product Management for both Microsoft and IBM. He managed relationships with Global Solution Providers (ISV), and Fortune 1000 Clients in US and Asia Pacific. He is experienced in leading customer focused, market driven new opportunity development. He participated in evaluating business models for new technology commercialization using data-driven quantitative analysis. San works with a team of technologist to create new products and services in integrating business and its customers. He has worked with public and private sector clients and has helped corporations develop their marketing and business strategy to gain market share. Arun has worked in a multitude of industries in USA, India, Philippines and Egypt, with organizations that include Union Carbide, RPG Group, Lason, Covansys Corporation and ICT Group. He brings with him over 25 years of business development, operations, general management and leadership experience. In 1997, he was one of the early leaders of India's nascent BPO industry when he was appointed President of Lason India. During this tenure, he led the transformation of the 5000-person company into a quality-driven organization and created a culture that embraced the philosophy of Total Quality. From 2005 to 2010 as Senior Vice President/General Manager of ICT Group – Data Management Services he was responsible for the formulation and implementation of ICT Group's strategy to enter in back office services market. Under his watch ICT's BPO business grew five fold with increased profitability, wider service offerings and four new delivery centers in Philippines and India. He is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, India.
