Sullivan & Sullivan, Ltd. is a small boutique law firm located in Beachwood, Ohio, which is in the eastern suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio, and in the heart of the vibrant east side business district. Our practice is focused on transactional and planning matters, such as asset protection planning, estate planning and probate, trust administration, business planning, commercial debt transactions (including loan originations, workouts, and debt sales), oil and gas, and tax issues related to these practice areas.
