Mr. Ladewig started his career as a relay testing engineer responsible for installations, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of power equipment, protective relaying, and SCADA systems. Since moving to the design side, Brian has utilized his expert technical skills, leadership capabilities, attention to detail and commitment to quality and customer service to lead large engineering and design teams on the most complicated projects for the country’s largest utilities. Brian specializes in protection and control engineering, project management, construction sequencing, estimating and scoping. started his career in the power industry in 2008 and has performed protection and control, substation and system protection engineering services for numerous utilities throughout the country. Mr. Dalla Valle’s ability to quickly learn and grasp concepts has allowed him to function as a strong lead engineer for large investor owned utilities overseeing multi-discipline engineering teams with a focus on developing new and experienced engineers. Mr. Dalla Valle’s progressive thinking and technical aptitude allow him to provide clients with fresh solutions for the most challenging projects. Wes specializes in system protective relay settings, protection and control engineering, substation engineering, estimating and scoping.
