Who We Are Studdard Financial, LLC is a registered investment adviser (RIA) in Sarasota, FL. We offer a wide variety of financial planning and investment management services including estate planning, retirement planning and portfolio diversification and management. Byron graduated from Jacksonville State University in 1991 and accepted a corporate position as a Territory Manager in Tampa, Fla. The following year, Byron's mother lost her battle with cancer. His company was able to arrange a transfer back to his hometown of Huntsville, AL so Byron could be there to help out his family. It was during this time, as he was helping his family settle his mother's estate that he realized just how much his family could have benefited by having a comprehensive financial and estate plan. The following year, with his family obligations complete, his company transferred him to Memphis, TN. Byron had already decided to dedicate his life to helping others build wealth and pass it to future generations. He began his career at IDS Financial Services, which later would become known as American Express Financial Advisors.
