Graduated from HEC Montreal business School in International Finance, Mr. Patrick Abikzer has over 25 years experience in resettlement in Canada of foreign investors and international investment. Early in his career he held positions with major firms such as the Caribbean Development Bank, Hydro-Quebec and National Bank of Canada. In 1991 Patrick Abikzer has been the founder and President of SEDAV, a company specialized on the Quebec Immigrant Investor Program and M&A services. His company SEDAV helped entrepreneurs from 30 countries establishing themselves in Canada.
