I brew at least once per month and now have a serving freezer with 8 taps. I do bottle some product for future use and to see how it is affected by age. My friends bring their growlers to me for fill ups as needed since the leftover beer could easily find its way down the drain if I’m ready to brew something new and I don’t have keg space. Each beer has its own custom label that you can view on the Although this is my hobby, I’d like to someday start up a small brewery to help fund more equipment, technology, and for just plain fun. I’m very passionate about brewing and I enjoy sharing the fruits of my labor with friends and other craft beer enthusiasts. If I can continue to brew on a larger scale and share my beer with a larger audience then why not?
