Our towels and bed sheets are beautifully made with high quality materials that provide for excellent absorbency and texture. [email protected] Sttelli luggage has a 3 year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If a problem occurs or a defect appears during the warranty period, Sttelli LLC, at its discretion, will repair or replace the product with another product of equal or greater value (less S&H) in accordance to the terms and conditions stated herein. This warranty only applies to the first purchaser of the luggage and is valid for three years from the date the luggage was purchased. The luggage should be returned to Sttelli and the customer is responsible for all costs associated with sending it to our facilities. The customer must also send the original receipt of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, nor does it cover repairs made by unauthorized personnel. It does not cover damage caused by abuse, mishandling, accidental damage, inappropriate selection, or carelessness
