As one of the 3 founders of Stress Free Construction, Jonathan is typically the go to person in helping clients with architectural design ideas on their projects. He remains very “hands on” and supervises the larger or more complicated custom construction projects. David Lowrey grew up in Leesburg Virginia. He moved to Florida after college when he figured out being a college professor wasn’t for him. He had decided with the help of a book by Anthony Robbins called “Awaken the Giant Within” to become a entrepreneur. David focus over the years has been overseeing the day to day financial operations, strategic financing for projects, and system development. He has developed excellent computer programming skills, project management, and strong financial experience. He is the operations manager and one of the founders of Stress Free Construction, and oversees millions of dollars of constructions projects each year. After a couple of years working in the marketplace, Chris partnered with of one of the other founders, David Lowrey, and started several different businesses in the real estate and construction fields. One of the companies, went on to win Inc Magazine’s Inc 500 list of the fastest growing privately held companies in America in both 2004 & 2005. However, Stress Free Construction remains his primary focus. Chris became a licensed general contractor, plumber, and mechanical contractor over the years to integrate these various trades under one roof and provide significant savings and construction experience to our clients. He handles numerous construction projects for the company as a superintendent.
