Before founding StreamLink Software, Adam was Chief Operating Officer for West Side Ecumenical Ministry (WSEM). As COO, Adam supervised all of WSEM’s programs and was responsible for system development and integration, quality control, resource development, new program initiatives and community collaborations. Adam also served as interim CEO during a leadership change in 2004. While COO, Adam monitored an operating budget of $12 million, more than double WSEM’s operating budget when Adam started at WSEM as the Director of Operations in March 1998. John has both experience leading and advising high tech start-ups, helping to accelerate early-stage company growth, as well an extensive background in the nonprofit sector. In this area, he has served as chair and board member for organizations involved in regional economic development in addition to two nonprofits working to improve regional educational attainment efforts. Most recently John was a senior advisor to a company in stealth mode, serving clients in the Department of Defense as well as financial services market. Prior to that, John was President of JumpStart Inc., a Cleveland-based nonprofit organization that works with entrepreneurs leading promising young ventures with high-growth potential and regional leaders that want to create more of these types of companies in their communities. Prior to joining JumpStart, John was the CEO and a board member of 3Guppies, Inc., a mobile social networking company in Seattle, Washington and before that, worked at American Greetings Interactive where he was Senior Vice President and General Manager for New Ventures, serving as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence. John also started a self-funded company that developed the first image editor for the PC, which was later sold to a NASDAQ-traded company, Micrografx. In addition, John has held senior management positions for a variety of venture-backed, public and privately-held companies, leading marketing, operations, business development, and sales organizations. He is also an active board adviser to several Cleveland start-ups, offering expertise in the areas of strategy development, fundraising, and product development. Adam earned a Master of Social Work and Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University’s Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences and the Weatherhead School of Management, respectively. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology from the The College of Wooster. Currently Adam serves on the board of Linkagepoint, a full-service technology company in Washington, DC. Adam also serves on the Jewish Community Federation of Cleveland’s Technology Committee. In addition, Adam serves on the boards of The Diversity Center of Northeast Ohio and Cleveland Reads. Adam has also been part of other community boards and collaborations including the West Side Family Resource Network, Detroit Shoreway Weed and Seed, New Leadership Roundtable, the County Emergency Food and Shelter board, United Way Services Organizational Assessment Committee and the Workforce Investment Board Youth Council. He is a past Chair of Cleveland Reads and the LeadDiversity Alumni Association. Adam has been honored with The Diversity Center Young Leadership award for his work in helping create the leadership training program, LeadDiversity, as well as for his work in the Greater Cleveland community. Previously, Todd worked for Diamond Management and Technology Consultants, a global management consulting firm where he focused on program management for technology and organizational development efforts. Todd also co-founded, and remains active with, “One With Nature,” an all natural line of health and beauty products. Todd serves on the Boards of Directors for StreamLink, DecisionDesk, SoMoLend, and Youth Opportunities Unlimited, a Cleveland non-profit that empowers youth through jobs and entrepreneurship programs. Todd holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Kent State University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. David Lowman is an entrepreneur and executive leader with more than 20 years experience building successful, high-growth businesses; including three start-ups and two turn a rounds leading to four liquidity events. Most recently, led the development of SageQuest, Inc. from start-up to sale and in the process earned numerous accolades including Best Software Product, Best Company to Work For and winner of the prestigious Weatherhead 100 based on generating 1,500% top line growth. David is currently President of 1 EDI Source, a leading provider of electronic data interchange (EDI) software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions. He joined the company in 2013 and is focused on developing a customer-focused culture, building a strong team, and executing on a market leading strategy that generates rapid growth and delivers superior value to our EDI partners and customers. David has held similar positions previously as President at Vision Capital, LLC and Vice President at Victoria Fire & Casualty. In addition to serving as a StreamLink Software board member, David is also an active board member for Intelligent Mobile Support, Inc., Agency Insurance Company, and SparkBase.
