He served as the President of the Americas for the SHL Group between 2002 and 2006. SHL is the world’s leading provider of on-line assessment instruments for employee selection and development. He managed offices in Canada, the United States, Mexico, and Brazil turning this break even region into created nearly $20 million of free cash flow. Laurence also spent 14 years with the Hay Group as Vice President and Managing Director for seven offices in the United States. He was also accountable for Hay’s Employee Benefits practice and their Employee Attitude Survey business. He had accountability for $60 million of revenue He is currently serving as Chairman of ACCO Engineered Systems, a California company with revenues in the hundreds of millions.
