Andrew Stranberg is an International Entrepreneur who has provided the strategic vision, capital investment and extensive network of contacts to build several successful businesses from regional operations to global businesses over the past 20 years. In 1994, Andrew founded both STRANDED Clothing Limited, as well as STRAN & Company, Inc., a branded promotional firm that services Fortune 500 and 1000 clients worldwide and is in the top 5% of its industry. He continues to serve as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Later that same year, Andrew founded STRAN Capital, which focuses primarily on investments within his own portfolio to this day. In 1997, Andrew became CEO and Chairman of the Board for STRAN Technologies, a world-class engineering based company focused on the development and manufacturing of fiber optic and electrical connectors, cable assemblies, termination tools, training and interconnection systems for commercial and military applications. Andrew is also a board member of STRAN Wind, a distributor of vertical axis wind turbines. Working at the Office of the Chairman of SFX Entertainment www.sfxii.com, Andrew was an integral advisor as the company went public in 2013 trading on the NASDAQ exchange under (SFXE). SFX is a leading producer of live events, media and entertainment content, focused exclusively on electronic music culture. He reported directly to Robert F. X. Sillerman from 2012 to 2014. Andrew has an extensive track record of business successes and a proven ability to dramatically grow businesses, internationally and domestically, that spans several industry sectors. He is a graduate of the Whittemore School of Business and Economics at the University of New Hampshire. In 2011, Andrew married Miriam Wimmer Stranberg and currently resides in NYC, Boston and Munich Germany. Aaron Resnick, Esq. is a graduate of Leadership Miami and an AV Preeminent rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell, which is its highest possible rating for both ethical standards and legal ability. Professionally, Mr. Resnick is an attorney, who honed his craft at one of Florida’s oldest and most prestigious firms, Gunster Yoakley, before starting his own boutique law firm in 2005 with offices now in Miami, Boca Raton, Gainesville, Jacksonville and New York City. Mr. Resnick received his Bachelors of Arts in Political Science with honors from Emory University and a Juris Doctor with honors from the University of Florida. Mr. Resnick is admitted to all of the state and federal courts in Florida and the United States Supreme Court. In 2017, Mr. Resnick was named the “Gamechanger of the Year”, and his firm the Corporate Litigation Firm of the Year in Florida. In 2016, Acquisition International Magazine name Mr. Resnick, Esq. the "Best Business Litigation Attorney" for Florida. Mr. Resnick has also been named by Florida Trend magazine as one of its Florida Legal Elite™ and Super Lawyers Magazine has named Mr. Resnick one of its “Super Lawyers”. He was also named as one of the American Registry’s “America’s Most Honored Professionals” and was selected as Corporate America’s 2016 Legal Elite. Corporate America in 2016 also named the Law Offices of Aaron Resnick, P.A. as the “Best Sports & Entertainment Law Firm – Florida”. Mr. Resnick was also certified as a member of the Lawyers of Distinction, which is limited to the top 10% of attorneys in the United States. Mr. Resnick’s has a 10.0 AVVO Rating, which is its highest rating provided. Mr. Resnick was awarded the "Shining Star" Award by the Arts & Business Council of Miami, Inc. This award each year honors the top Miami business professional supporting the arts and cultural community. Mr. Resnick co-founded the Little Lighthouse Foundation, www.littlelighthouse.org, which is a Miami based charity provides support via its programming and volunteer network to underserved children and their families in South Florida, and also serves on its board of directors. Mr. Resnick was the founding chairperson of the Friends of the New World Symphony, and now serves permanently on its Executive Committee. He also sat on the Board of Directors for the Miami Design Preservation League for over 10 years. He has served on the executive committee for numerous young patron groups in South Florida including, but not limited to: Best Buddies of South Florida, Big Brothers Big Sister’s Impact Circle, Art Crowd of the Bass Museum, the Green Room Society for the Center for Performing Arts, the Tropees of the Historical Museum of Southern Florida, the Jewish Legal Society of Miami, and the MOCA Shakers amongst others. He has served as a Regional Board Member of the Maccabi World Union and as a member of the Ben Gurion Society of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation. Currently, he is a member of the Silver Director’s Circle for the Bass Museum, the Maestro’s Circle for the Friends of the New World Symphony, and a Supporting Member of the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts and a founding member and Patron of the Perez Art Museum.
