Prior to joining Oxford, he served as partner, legal counsel and Sr. Vice President of Peachtree Settlement Funding and as legal counsel of Singer Asset Finance Company. At Peachtree, he was instrumental in building the company from a start-up to a 480 employee operation and in taking it public in 2006 in London’s AIM, a sub-market of the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Salani began his career in the PHLX options trading floor with Susquehanna Investment Group, a leading financial trading firm. In 2002, he co-founded the Life Settlement Institute, a leading trade association in the longevity market and has testified on legislative matters in front of National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and the National Council of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL). Mr. Salani is a member of the FL bar and the DC bar and sits on the Ambassador Board at Nova University, the Board of the Symphony of the Americas and the “Il Circolo” Italian Association of the Palm Beaches.
