Stonemill Holdings, LLC, was formed by Edward Miller to manage small businesses in developing and executing strategic growth plans.    Mr. Miller has founded and funded companies that specialize in a number of industry areas, including toys and games, coin-operated and electronic games, biomedical devices, consumer technology and wholesale textile industry products. Formerly, Mr. Miller was President of Taito America Corporation. At Taito he licensed the popular Japanese video game "Space Invaders" to Bally Corporation and Warner Communications. Later, as President of Allied Leisure Industries he restructured the public company (renaming it Centuri, Inc) and established it as a leader in the manufacturing and marketing of computer video games. Under his leadership, as one of the youngest CEO's of a public company, revenues grew from $5 MM to $61 MM. He was founder of Vasocor, Inc. raising more than $25 MM for clinical trials and development of medical devices for vascular and early stage atherosclerosis detection and acted as its CEO until it was taken over by Credit Suisse First Boston.   He is a co-founder and Chairman of R&R Games, Inc., a company that develops and distributes family board games and toys. Miller is also founder of Alpatec Corporation, a company that sells a proprietary high technology fabric to the outdoor recreational clothing industry. Mr. Miller graduated from Boston University in Communications and Business.  "We source, develop and commercialize entertainment products."
