‘SOS Ocean Clean Up’ is a local ocean conservation group comprised totally of volunteers ages 4 to 85. This organization was created by Stoked On Salt owner Lisa Miceli-Capano in 2014 because of her intense desire to protect our local treasures, the beautiful beaches and coral reef. SOS Ocean Clean Up routinely partners with Vone Research (a local 501(c)3 nonprofit) to provide community service hours to all the students who participate in the clean up events. Participants include Girl Scouts, IGFA volunteers, summer campers, businesses and local students as well as scientists, residents and tourists. The eager volunteers travel from as far away as the Florida Keys, West Palm Beach, Miami and Naples. The hundreds of participants at the SOS events always enjoy themselves and feel immensely rewarded for making a difference in the local environment. SOS has been a member of the Project Aware Dive Against Debris Program since 2014. All the debris data is weighed and documented by volunteers at every event. This step is essential! Once reported, our Dive Against Debris data enters a global database to help support the development and implementation of policies to improve solid waste management, locally and globally. We feel it is important to help preserve and protect our living coral reef ecosystems by organizing local Ocean, Beach and Waterway cleanups to help increase public awareness.  SOS Ocean Clean Up is a local ocean conservation group that is comprised totally of volunteers ages 4 to 85. SHIPPING:  All orders will be shipped by Priority Mail, 1-3 Business Days with USPS Tracking® and up to $50 insured. If item(s) show delivery was made with proof of Tracking Number, it is soley up to the Buyer to process a Claim directly with USPS. We are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.  RETURNS:  Need to return or exchange something you just received? No problem! Please read through our policies below, and of course contact us if you have any questions. While we do everything in our power to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, please keep in mind that SOS clothing is a growing company and may not have the same return and exchanges policies that you'll find at big box stores. TIMELINE FOR RETURNS:  You will be eligible for a refund only if the product arrives back to us within 14 days from the day the order was originally delivered. If we receive the product back 15-30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, you will be eligible for store credit ONLY to StokedOnSalt.com.  If the return arrives after 30 days of the day the order was originally delivered, it will be refused. If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 30 days from when you initially received the item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable item back to you, the item will be destroyed and no refund will be issued. 4. Ship your package back to:  Stoked On Salt, PO Box 23382, Oakland Park, FL 33307 Please ship with tracking; we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers. 5. You will be issued a credit memo stating the amount returned to either your store credit or back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of us receiving your return.  Also note, online purchases may not be returned at any store that carries Stoked On Salt gear.  You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return the item to Stoked On Salt. If the return arrives after 30 days from the date the order was originally received by you, the customer, it will be refused. Once you receive the exchanged item, the same rules apply if you need to return or exchange it.
