   Stoffer and Associates, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm which was established in 1986 in South Florida.  We specialize in providing Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing  (MEP) engineering consulting services throughout the state of Florida as well as in other states. Randall D. Stoffer, P.E. is the owner and president of Stoffer and Associates, Inc.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1979 from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida and his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1983 from Nova University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.   He has been a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida since 1986. Other states where he is licensed are Colorado, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia.
