Since we sell custom personalized items we do not offer for products shipped, unless the products were shipped unpersonalized in which case we will be happy to accept return and post a full refund of your purchase less shipping costs. From December 15th through end of our selling season in December we usually ship your order the 2nd business day after you place your order - if your order placed by 7 PM Eastern Time. It is not available for shipments outside of USA. The Disadvantage of USPS Priority Mail is that you really cannot track the progress of your shipment, there will be a delivery confirmation number but no tracking number. Even though USPS states delivery times are 2-3 days, during the month of December we have seen quite a number of packages taking much longer (week is not uncommon) some even being lost. Express Overnight and 2 Day Air shipping to US Destinations is also available - it will be calculated for you as you add your items to the shopping cart. We also offer 2 day and next day air within the USA and our shopping cart will provide you with the shipping charges for whatever option you choose.
