Matthew Sellick Originally from Stuart, Florida, Matt attended Florida State University earning his degree in Business Management & Administration. As a young child Matt enjoyed the construction business and has worked every aspect of the Construction Industry and has grown from his original role as Superintendent to currently serving as the President of Stock Custom Homes. Matt has worked under the leadership of Brian Stock, CEO and Bob Imig, President of Stock’s Construction Division for close to 15 years where he has built and managed in excess of $ 170 million in residential home sales. He is a state certified building contractor. As the President of Stock Custom Homes, Matt works closely with each customer to make sure the company delivers the highest quality and a high level of customer service to each project and every client. With the team in place, Matt is involved every step of the way and as President provides a hands-on approach throughout the project to make sure that each customer is taken care of from the inception of design to the final walk thru and delivery of the keys to their new home. Matt and his team truly embody the company’s motto, “When Quality Matters”. Rich provides technical oversight and project leadership for the Stock Custom Homes team. He develops the construction and technical resources necessary for the company to successfully develop and execute major projects on time and on budget as well as, support the operation of its assets safely and efficiently. Organization and Systems Management are paramount to the success of Stock Custom Homes. For more than 20 years Rich has used his leadership and project management skills to build better homes by increasing scheduling efficiency, energy efficiency and monitoring costs. After attending Western Illinois University, Rich began a high end residential building and remodeling company in Chicago where he refined his unique construction experience to build better buildings. He is a Certified Building Analyst and Envelope Specialist from the Building Performance Institute as well as, a Certified Remodeler and Green Certified Professional by NARI. Furthermore, as an EPA accredited trainer in Lead Safe Work Practices, the health and safety of workers and homeowners is a priority. He and his wife made the move to SW Florida in 2013.
