Steven Sylvester BSc.(Hons.), MSc. CPsychol, AFBPsS Steven then undertook a Master’s degree in Occupational & Organisational Psychology to further understand what was missing from his game. He began exploring how he could help himself and others learn how to consistently express themselves freely whilst under intense pressure. He became incredibly excited when he was able to increase the consistency and freedom of his performance by lowering his level of Ego orientation. As a result, he began to share his findings with numerous elite athletes, across a variety of sports from Olympic to non-Olympic environments, helping them develop into world-class performers by learning how to operate withoutEGO. . This yielded new important data on the impact of Ego orientation on those that ‘become the best in the world’.
