We have been serving Tallahassee and Leon County for over 34 years.  We have an A+ with the Better Business Bureau.  This is the highest rating a business can achieve.  We permit every job.  We have every job inspected, especially with the new wind codes that went in effect as of October 2007.  We want everyone involved to know the job in question has been brought up to the latest codes.  There are actually three inspections by either the city or county that is made during the re-roofing process.  We provide you copies of these inspections upon job completion, so you will have these for future reference, insurance renewal, home sale, etc.  We use the latest in materials, synthetic underlayment, ice and water shield for valleys, low pitch applications and flat roof materials. We have one crew that consists of 3 to 5 employees.  We concentrate on one job at a time.  These workers are all direct employees of our company, on our payroll and pay taxes just like you.  Because our employees are on our payroll, you can be assured that if any accident were to happen while we were working on your job, you would be protected and the employee would have workers comp coverage.  We also provide $1,000,000.00 of Liability Insurance and can provide proof of both Liability and Workers Comp coverage.  Our current employees have an approximate combined total of 63 years with Stephen Ferrell Roofing.  We try to keep experienced workers so they are not learning on your roof.
