During my training, I studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts. My teachers included Dr. Andrew Weil, Director of the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine; Dr. Deepak Chopra, leader in the field of mind-body medicine; Dr. David Katz, Director of Yale University’s Prevention Research Center; Dr. Walter Willett, Chair of Nutrition at Harvard University; Geneen Roth, bestselling author and expert on emotional eating; and many other leading researchers and nutrition authorities.
My education has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventative health. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I work with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
Health Coaches are knowledgeable advisors who provide ongoing support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes that improve your health and happiness. I offer private client sessions in the comfort of your own home! So simple! You don’t need to go anywhere! I will provide any helpful yoga props. My sessions are approximately 1 hour long.
My goals upon starting the 3-month Pace to Race program were to be able to run 5 miles without breaks, lose some weight along the way, and cut back on my sugar intake. Stephanie was able to help me work towards these goals by giving me a training and meal plan that catered to my needs. My healthier lifestyle has given me more energy, less sugar cravings, and I make healthier food choices now and plan ahead of time instead of doing things spur of the moment.
