The 360 Gamma is fully compatible with existing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as SCBAs (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) and firefighter bunker gear, and is optimized to provide first-responders with the mobility required to perform their life-saving tasks in the event of a nuclear catastrophe. Director of Business Development, North America Mr. Busseau joined StemRad in 2016 as manager of business development in the United States. Dr. Zwiebel joined StemRad in 2017 to expand its product pipeline into the medical realm. A practicing Interventional Radiologist for the past 26 years Bruce is a leader in his field. Dr. Milstein co-founded StemRad in November 2011, and has been leading R&D efforts ever since. Oren was appointed CEO in February 2016. Mr. Levitt co-founded StemRad in November 2011, and is a serial entrepreneur with over 23 years of senior management experience, CEO/Co-founder of 6 high-technology and life-sciences companies. Daniel was the CEO of StemRad until February 2016. Prof. Kase joined StemRad in 2012 as a scientific advisor and is a valuable addition to the team due to his extensive background in the field of health physics. Mr. Mayo joined StemRad as an Astronautics specialist after a storied career in the Israel Air Force (IAF) which lead to his training as payload specialist for NASA. A provider of regulatory consulting services to Israel’s medical device industry, The Wanaka Capital team brings commercialization, finance and strategy acumen as well as a broad international business network. Wanaka is building a portfolio of start-ups which bring true innovation to traditional processes and sectors, such as food, security, manufacturing and medicine. StemRad has received funding from notable life-sciences and technology business leaders from Israel and the US, who have shown their continued support for the development and marketing of StemRad’s revolutionary gamma radiation protection products. Dr. Gale is considered one of the world’s top authorities on the health effects of radiation. In 1986, he was asked by the government of the Soviet Union to coordinate medical relief efforts for victims of the Chernobyl disaster. In 1987, he was asked by the government of Brazil to coordinate medical relief efforts for the Goiania accident. In 1999 he was asked by the government of Japan to help treat victims of the Tokaimura nuclear accident. In 2011 Gale was called to Japan to deal with medical consequences of the Fukushima nuclear power station accident. StemRad has made personal protection from radiation possible, making the lives of first responders, soldiers and astronauts safer while they complete their critical tasks.
