Our warranty is only to the original retail purchaser for 5 years from the date of purchase. Stella Worldwide will repair or replace, without charge, any of our firearms that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Parts and labor are included. Repairs are warranted for the duration of the original warranty. Stella Worldwide will not be responsible for defects resulting from ordinary wear and tear, alterations by unauthorized persons, accidents, misuse, use of incorrect or other than factory loaded ammunition, or failure to provide reasonable and normal maintenance. Stella Worldwide assumes no liability for consequential, punitive or other damages (except as set forth herein) related to any product failure or warranty claim. Should any of our products require service or repair under this policy, please contact Stella Worldwide first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Shipment must be delivered transportation prepaid to Stella Worldwide. The product must be accompanied by a proof of purchase and a letter explaining the problem.
