As previous owners of a second home we understand firsthand how easy it is to lose sleep over what is happening at your property so far away... Is there a water leak? Is the AC running properly? Are the grass and pool really being cared for? And let’s not forget the bigger issues…hurricanes. When Hurricane Irma let her presence be known, we saw up close how helpless homeowners can feel when they live in other parts of the country and cannot get to their homes. We were fortunate enough to help our friends and neighbors pre and post Irma, which led us to form this company as so many do not have anyone to help them. We care about what is important to you as we have walked a mile or two in your flip flops! For those who live in the area year round, we offer assistance when you go away for short trips or if you need help with things such as storm prep or shutter installation/removal. We offer our extended services on an "a la carte" basis for those who only need a little assistance. We highly recommend bi-weekly or weekly interior/exterior services if you plan to be away from your property for a month or longer.
