Andy has a leadership background in Quality Assurance and Call Center Operational Management. Armando Nuñez currently serves as Director of Human Resources. His experience as a human resources executive, consultant and operations leader includes U.S. domestic and international markets. He has been involved in business operations throughout the United States, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia and North Africa. He has a strong record of human resources, operations management, and training & development. We have been training virtually for over 12 years. Our tools and training environment make our classroom environments engaging and interactive.
