Our instructors are trained in many different styles of Yoga, from Hatha to Ashtanga, but our studio is much less concerned with the particular “style” of Yoga as we are with addressing the individual needs of the person in front of us. Our studio specializes in helping students discover what the best practices are for their unique body/mind, because we know that Yoga is not one-size-fits-all. This is something we see missing from much of the way modern Yoga is taught, and find that without this important consideration, seemingly helpful practices in Yoga can actually be harmful and imbalancing. It’s our aim to use this understanding to help our students get the most out of Yoga, while avoiding the risks!
