Squires Construction specializes in providing complete solutions to your custom home building needs. Owner, Lew Squires, has over 30 years of residential construction knowledge and know how. Founded in 1992, Squires Construction, Inc. started as a small construction company who focused mainly on small commercial construction projects for developers. In 1996, Lew was looking to expand the company, Squires Construction, Inc. began to tap into the business of custom home building. From here the business grew at a high rate. Lew began to hire on additional crews as the workload was too much for one businessman to handle. At the height of it all, Lew had 4 crews working under him and helping him run as many as 15 projects at one time. In 2006, when the housing market crashed, it nearly forced Lew to close down the business due to lack of work. The company managed to scrape through the recession and survive when many construction companies were forced to shut their doors. Today, business is booming with the housing market looking the best it has ever and the future is bright. Always looking ahead, Lew has hired on his daughter, Tiffany Squires McNeely, who is a Realtor representing At Home Texas Real Estate based out of Greenville. His hopes are that, he can offer a "one stop shop" service, complete with a Realtor to list your house, find you land or lot to build on, and the construction service to build your dream. Only having to deal with one company, benefits you the customer, and take the hassle out of buying and building. Lew hopes to expand into other counties and offer his services across the metroplex in the future. For Squires Construction, Inc., the sky is the limit. Lew Squires was born in Palmer, MA in 1949 and grew up in Belcher Town, MA. Lew moved to Greenville, TX in his early 30s and has been a resident of Greenville, TX ever since. In that amount of time, he has gained countless relationships with people all over northeast Texas and beyond. Formerly a Restraunt Owner, Lew started in the construction industry in 1982. Over the next 10 years Lew gained the skills, knowledge, and connections in both commercial and residential construction. Lew founded Squires Construction, Inc. in 1992 and has been fully invested in the business ever since. Tiffany Squires McNeely was born in 1989, daughter of Lew Squires, she grew up in Greenville and attended Greenville High School. After high school, Tiffany began persuing a nursing degree. After realizing it was not for her and wanted to follow her passion, Tiffany enrolled in school to become a lisenced Realtor in the state of Texas. Immeadiatly after graduating and obtaining her licence, she began growing her business and sold houses in the DFW area. After establishing a name for herself, Tiffany moved back to her hometown of Greenville, TX and was hired on with At Home Texas Real Estate based out of Greenville. She is now splitting time between growing her real estate business, and helping grow the family business of Squires Construction, Inc.
